Within a few hours of surgery, feeling should return to your eye, although vision may take a few days to fully recover. It is typical to have: grittiness watering eyesight problems eyesight problems a bloodshot or crimson eye These side effects normally go away within a few days, but full recovery can take up to six weeks. You won't be able to get new glasses until your eye has recovered completely, which normally takes 6 weeks."
