One of the biggest advantages of food delivery systems is their health benefits. Since the meals are preplanned, it is easy to determine the exact number of calories consumed at each meal.

The days in which one had to scour the blogs and cookbooks for recipes are gone, as well as the long shopping sessions in one’s local supermarket. Cooking has become much easier with the sudden rise of meal kit delivery services, giving people a chance to skip the unhealthy take-outs and commit themselves to cooking food that’s not only healthy but also absolutely delicious.

I rarely use delivery. I used it a lot when quarantine first started because you couldn't go outside. Then we moved, and it got easier. We cooked our own food, growing our own food. It wasn't so bad. Sometimes I miss pizza delivery when I'm too tired.

I don't use delivery very much. Because you couldn't go outdoors during quarantine, I utilised it a lot. Then we moved, and things were a lot easier. We created our own food and cooked it ourselves. It wasn't all that horrible. When I'm too weary, I sometimes miss pizza delivery.
